Con Ryanair estamos teniendo problemas a la hora de solicitar los reembolsos ya que éstos han iniciado una campaña con respecto a los emails amenazantes contra las agencias.

Por si algún operador más se queja sobre esto podemos guiarnos por ésta respuesta de Ivan a Gattinoni:
Like you may know Ryanair has launched a campaing against travel agencies, otas etc to stop selling their flights. Since a few weeks they are sending these emails to the email included in the booking created with them.
They want to stop the agencies to sell their tickets, but so far all the lawsutis claming agencies to stop selling their tickets have been denied in court.
In case of Mystifly you will receive these booking, in the integration with them the booking email from the microsite is the one used to create the bookings with the airlines
In case of Kiwi, the email used is an internal kiwi email, so they are receiving these emails
In case of Travelfusion, the email sent to the airline to create the booking is the email that you insert in the booking, so this can be the agencies email.
In the bellow example PFYIUE is a booking with travelfusion and the email where Ryanair sent this email was info@itesoridelmondo.com
In case of Travelfusion, they are very strong in selling low cost airlines. For these cases is recomendable to user the clients email in order for them to make online check ins without problems. Some low cost airlines require the emails for login in.
You can enter in your Travelfusion account and deactivate Ryanair in order to stop selling them via Travelfusion.
- Estamos también teniendo algún caso donde Ryanair de forma aleatoria esta solicitando verificación del cliente a través de su web, en donde pide al cliente que se muestra por camara.
No podemos hacer mucho aquí ya que es un procedimiento de Ryanair para verificar que es el cliente (evitar que sean ventas a través de agencias).
Los clientes pueden ir al aeropuerto con antelación para verificarlo gratuitamente pero deberán de realizar el check in online una vez hecho antes de 2 horas del comienzo para no tener que pagar por sus tarjetas de embarque.
